DERMAELITE®


In my capacity as a
Retail Designer and Content Creator within this partnership, my responsibility encompasses crafting impactful graphics that captivate both new and existing customers. These visuals are distributed in-store, across social media platforms, and through printed advertising channels. I have been working in this partnership for the past two years, continuously striving to elevate the brand's visual identity and engagement.


Dermaelite® is a local clinic committed to safeguarding the holistic health of the skin through dermatological consultation, exclusive products, and medical-aesthetic treatments.

When I undertook this project, it significantly boosted the organic response of the brand. At that juncture, the company already possessed a well-established graphic brand structure. Consequently, my principal objective was to adapt the content to a trendier and more shareable format.

FIRST INSIGHTS

SKINCARE / INFORMATIVE / TRENDY / CHIC / PURE

  • Produce captivating reels for treatments explanations, ensuring clarity and engagement.

  • Maintain an informal yet refined tone, embodying purity and chic sophistication.

  • Design comprehensive infographics tailored for promotional purposes, conveying information effectively and attractively.

  • Skillfully craft printed infographics that harmonize with visual aesthetics, enhancing overall user experience.

  • The primary buyer personas for this product/service are predominantly from the high/middle class, with a focus on individuals from the GenX and GenY demographics.

Building upon the solid foundation established by the project's existing brandbook, benchmarking endeavors, and thorough comprehension of its buyer persona, my role entailed crafting visually cohesive proposals tailored to each monthly theme.

As time passed, I observed that the community showed a preference for UGC and aspirational beauty standards.

To meet these preferences, I relied on my proficiency in Adobe Suite for advanced adjustments and utilized mobile apps such as CapCut or InStories for daily content creation.


Reels were strategically planned, created, and published in response to organic needs and social media trends.

My strategy entailed identifying trending audio clips or memes and crafting bespoke versions that resonated with the audience.

Collaborating with influencers to consistently share user-generated content (UGC) played a crucial role in maintaining an authentic grid. Additionally, I ensured each reel was accompanied by a voice-caption to enhance reach and comprehension.

The results of these improvements have been remarkable. Here’s an annual comparison to illustrate the consistent growth observed each month.

By leveraging metrics from meta and comparing them with the first quarter of last year, we've seen a staggering 702% increase in the overall reach of the profile on Instagram.

This growth is perfectly aligned with the efforts of retail personnel and the meticulous execution of each procedure. However, I believe what truly propels this development is the synergy between cohesive brand strategies and alignment with collaborators.


Most of these implementations are still in place! It's truly meaningful to me that the work stemming from this partnership endures.

The personal relationships and admiration for my colleagues and administration also continue to thrive.
